Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must screen positive for opioid use disorder.
- Open to individuals who are self-referred or referred by healthcare providers, legal systems, or community agencies.
What to Expect During the Admission Process

- Our admissions team will answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
- Screening & Assessment
- A confidential assessment will be conducted by one of our licensed professionals to evaluate your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.
- Medical Evaluation
- You will meet with a physician to assess your medical history, current health status, and determine the most appropriate treatment, such as methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone.
- Orientation
- You’ll receive information about program rules, hours of operation, medication schedules, and other services we offer, such as counseling, and group therapy.
- Same-Day Admission
- In most cases, patients can begin treatment the same day to ensure rapid access to care.
What to Bring
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
- Insurance card or proof of payment (if applicable).
- List of current medications and dosages (if applicable).
- Emergency contact information.

- We accept most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and self-pay.
- Sliding-scale fees may be available for those who qualify.
